The beta period is 3 months. After that, we'll discuss options for ongoing partnership. Many beta partners choose to continue at a special founding rate.
What if we're not ready to go live immediately?
No problem. We'll set up and test everything, but you control when we flip the switch. We recommend going live within 2 weeks of setup to capture the momentum.
Can we customize the AI scripts for our gym?
Absolutely. We'll create custom scripts for your gym's classes, pricing, trial process, and membership structure. You'll review and approve everything before it goes live.
What if we have multiple locations?
We can set up ClearFlow for multiple locations with different phone numbers and routing rules. Each location gets its own CRM view, but you can see all locations in one dashboard.
